Diaphone eumela
''Diaphone eumela'', the Cherry Spot〔(African Moths )〕 or Lily Borer, is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa〔(Afro Moths )〕 and Angola.〔(Afro Moths )〕
Like its relative, ''Brithys crini'', this noctuid is found almost exclusively on plants of the Amaryllidaceae and Liliaceae families, and has been recorded feeding on ''Ornithogalum eckloni'' and ''Boophone disticha''.
